In this procedure, it encompasses a casting methodology wherein the molten metal is poured into a cavity, which is formed by compacting sand around a pattern. Sand mixture is then packed around the pattern and subsequently permitted to dry or solidify. As the sand reaches a hardened state, the pattern is extracted, leaving behind a sand cavity that precisely matches the desired shape of the final part. Subsequently, the molten metal is poured into the sand cavity and allowed to gradually cool and solidify.
