ISO 9001:2015Continuous casting is a widely used method for producing high-quality metal shapes with a fine uniform grain structure. This process involves the solidification of molten metal into a mold that rapidly chills to the solidified temperature point, resulting in superior properties of the end product.
In this process, the molten metal from the furnace is poured into a cemented pot with a graphite die on the neck side. Post that, the lower half of the die is cooled with water to settle the metal. Once the metal has been settled, it is then withdrawn from the bars through a set of rollers. Finally, the flying saw cuts through the bar at the required lengths, providing our customers with high-quality, precision-cut shapes.
Our team of experts is dedicated to ensuring that our processes are efficient, reliable, and consistently uphold the highest quality standards.
